How to Decorate Your Entryway Table

Posted on: April 4, 2023

Decorating an entryway table can be a fun and creative way to showcase your personal style
and add some character to your home. Here are some tips for decorating your entryway table.

Create a focal point- Choose a centerpiece or decorative item that will draw the eye and serve
as the focal point for your entryway table. This could be a vase of flowers, a decorative bowl, or
a piece of artwork.

Use height- Vary the height of your décor item to add visual interest and depth to your
entryway table. You can use candle sticks, vases, or decorative boxes of different height to
create a layered effect.

Add lighting- Incorporate a lamp or other lighting source on your entryway table to add warmth
and ambience to the space. A table lamp or a pair of matching lamps can be an excellent
choice.

Use tray or bowls- Use trays or decorative bowls to organize smaller items like keys, sunglasses,
or loose change. This can help keep your entryway table looking neat and tidy.

Play with texture – Mix and match textures to create a visually interesting display on your
entryway table. Consider incorporating items like woven baskets textured pottery or a faux fur
throw.

Add greenery- Incorporate a plant or a vase of fresh flowers to bring a touch of nature to your
entryway table. A small potted plant or a vase of fresh flowers can be a beautiful addition.

Change it seasonally- Change the décor of your entryway table with the season. This will be a
great way to keep your space feeling fresh and interesting.

By following these tips, you can create a beautiful entryway table that showcases your personal
style. Remember to keep things organized and mix & match textures and to play with height
and lighting to create a visual effect.
